To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at Laura's Little Helper event, we kindly ask all attendees to review and agree to the following healthcare permissions:
General Health and Safety:
By attending the event, you confirm that you are in good health and have not experienced any COVID-19 symptoms, flu-like symptoms, or other contagious illnesses in the past 14 days. If you develop any symptoms prior to the event, we kindly ask you to refrain from attending.
Emergency Medical Assistance:
In the event of a medical emergency, the event organizers are authorized to seek medical assistance on your behalf, including first aid and calling emergency services if necessary. You agree to provide any relevant medical information, including allergies or pre-existing conditions, to ensure appropriate care is provided.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
Depending on current health regulations, you may be required to wear personal protective equipment (such as masks) and practice social distancing during the event. Hand sanitizing stations will be provided, and all attendees are encouraged to use them frequently.
Waiver of Liability:
While we will implement health and safety protocols to minimize risks, attendees acknowledge that participation in the event involves some level of health risk. By attending, you agree to waive any liability against the event organizers and venue for illness or injury sustained during the event, except in cases of gross negligence.
Health Screening:
You may be subject to health screenings, including temperature checks or other preventive measures, upon entry to the event venue. Any attendee showing signs of illness will be asked to leave for the safety of others.
