Mamaia Kiteboarding

We are between the two well-known resorts, Mamaia and Năvodari, namely on the Kazeboo beach.

Our spot offers all the possibilities to practice this sport at international kite standards. Kiteboarding is open to all ages and to those who have not yet tried any water sport. Equipment is provided throughout the initiation by our school.

Discovery - 2 hours

It is an introduction to the basic principles piloting the kit, basic concepts of wind and its effects, meteorology, description of the kiteboarding equipment, safety concepts.

This course takes place on the beach, flying a training kite. After this course, you will be able to get a clearer picture of this sport and help you decide if you want to move forward.

Beginners - 10 hours

At the end of this course, we will execute the “water start” departure and we will be able to slide on the board for short distances, we will know how to launch and land the kit, how to relaunch it from the water, how to save ourselves in case of emergency, how to recover our board. At this level we will have the depressions formed enough to be able to control both the kite and the board so as not to pose a public hazard and be able to train safely.

At the end of the beginners' course, you will receive a certificate.
